Glowfy Ltd (“Glowfy”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in Birmingham, United Kingdom. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• A product is found to be out of stock after your order is placed
• We identify an error in pricing or product description
• We are unable to verify payment or billing information
• The order appears to be fraudulent

Where we cancel an order, any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

All prices are shown in GBP and are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%). Trade account holders may see prices displayed ex. VAT. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and bank transfer (for approved trade accounts on net-30 terms).

We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

Delivery timescales are estimates only and do not form part of the contract. We are not liable for delays caused by our carriers or events outside our reasonable control. For full delivery information, see our Delivery & Returns page.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, dimensions or appearance may occur. Technical specifications are based on manufacturer data and may be subject to change. We do not accept liability for errors or omissions in product information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profit.
• We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use of our products.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

All content on this website — including text, images, product photographs, guides and designs — is owned by or licensed to Glowfy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

Trade account holders are subject to additional terms agreed at account approval, including payment terms, credit limits and volume pricing arrangements. Misuse of trade account pricing, including resale below our stated minimum resale price, may result in account suspension.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
